This role requires extensive experience working in highly regulated environments, coordinating with multiple technology vendors, and ensuring strict compliance with FAA, TSA, and federal regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities1. Program LeadershipLead and manage end-to-end IT operations for the airport terminal.Develop governance frameworks aligned with aviation standards and federal mandates.Ensure operational readiness across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and IoT systems.Drive the delivery of mission-critical IT components for terminal launch.2. Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary interface between airport authorities, regulators, and technology vendors.Manage complex ecosystems including partners such as SITA and Schneider Electric.Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, contracts, and delivery timelines.Facilitate effective communication across all internal/external stakeholders.3.
