About the Role
We are hiring 5 Business Analysts with expertise in Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation program. Each role aligns with a specific functional module and will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Lead implementation and configuration of Siemens MOM / OpCenter solutions
- Analyze current systems and recommend enhancements or new implementations
- Work with engineering and technical teams on system integration and design
- Manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and support Agile delivery processes
- Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Drive issue resolution and remove blockers for development teams
- Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) / MES
- Hands-on experience with Siemens OpCenter / OpCenter Intelligence
- Exposure to Mendix, APS, Connect MOM
- Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain
- Experience in system integration and enterprise applications
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience (backlog, sprint planning, velocity tracking)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
