Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $90,000 (Salary Commission) plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.
• Location: Lansdale, PA (Serving South East PA).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday.
• Project Scope: Residential and Light Commercial.
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues across springs, cables, and openers to provide lasting technical solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive system inspections to identify immediate risks and potential future failures for homeowners.
• Execute high-quality installations of garage doors and openers ensuring perfect alignment and long-term functionality.
• Communicate technical findings and repair options to customers with empathy to drive informed decision-making.
• Maintain a professional, groomed appearance and a clean job site to uphold our high-end brand reputation.
• Achieve 5-star customer reviews by delivering consistent reliability and elite craftsmanship on every call.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in garage door service or mechanical repair.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot torsion and extension springs, openers, and complex safety mechanisms.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Residency within a 45-minute radius of the core service area to ensure local reliability.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a high-end residential service market with a focus on premium offerings.
• Advanced technical or trade school training in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Demonstrated success in a commission-based environment through proactive communication and service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
