What You'll Do as an AT&T Team Member:
- Greet and assist customers in a retail environment.
- Introduce AT&T products, services, and current promotions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
- AT&T Team Members deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
- Help achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
Qualifications to become an AT&T Team Member:
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.
- Candidates must be able to commute daily to our office and surrounding retail locations.
