What You’ll Do as an AT&T Customer Service Representative
- Welcome and assist customers face-to-face in a retail setting
- Assess customer needs and provide detailed information about products and services
- Ensure a positive, professional shopping experience
- Contribute to both individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing AT&T Customer Service Representative training focused on sales techniques and customer service excellence
- Communicate effectively to help customers find what they need and drive sales.
Who You Are as an AT&T Customer Service Representative
- Prior customer service experience is required
