Join a highly visible, customer-facing team that drives the contract strategy behind Prolec‑GE Waukesha’s power transformer business. In this role, you’ll use your contract expertise to influence key negotiations, guide commercial decisions, and help secure deals that fuel growth and strengthen long-term customer relationships. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Legal, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to solve complex challenges and ensure every contract supports both customer success and business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, negotiate, and support commercial contracts throughout the RFQ, order, and post‑sale cycle.
- Analyze terms to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Provide cross‑functional guidance to ensure consistent contracting practices across business units.
- Develop and deliver contract-related training programs.
- Identify and address key contract risks early in the sales process.
- Manage contract records and finalized agreements.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams to support deal quality, insurance requirements, and revenue alignment.
- Support company initiatives such as cost reduction, continuous improvement, and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. degree required.
- 4–5 years of commercial contract review and negotiation experience (5 preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
