Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog for master data domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and stakeholder needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize development efforts.
• Drive data quality, governance, and compliance across SAP and GDSN platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, supply chain, commercial, and data governance teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of product and material data.
• Serve as a key communicator and change agent, influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through transformation.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data (MDG, MM) and GDSN standards.
• Proven success as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of data governance, synchronization, and enterprise data architecture.
• Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
