Data Engineer Master Data Management & AWS Cloud

Location: Irving TX - 5 days/week onsite

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong MDM and AWS experience to support master data integration, API-based workflows, and data processing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Master Data Management platforms, cloud-based data engineering, and strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and data modeling.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, MDM, or AWS
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or IBM MDM
• Strong AWS experience with Lambda, S3, Glue, API Gateway, and Aurora PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and data modeling
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apigee API Management
• Exposure to OpenSearch or Apache Solr
• Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data lineage
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Has worked on MDM implementation or support projects
• Strong in AWS-based data integration and automation
• Comfortable working with APIs, microservices, and cloud data pipelines
• Good hands-on coding ability in Python and SQL
• Understands master data, data quality, and enterprise data management
