Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7 years of software engineering, architecture, and/or technical leadership.
- Strong technical background (software engineering, systems architecture, or similar).
- Deep understanding of SaaS Low-Code/No-Code workflow platforms (ServiceNow).
- Experience with KPI tracking, roadmap planning, scope definition, and timelines.
- Experience leading engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability communicating complex technical concepts.
- Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
NICE TO HAVES
- Proficiency in agile tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Power BI, creating reports and dashboards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Scum Master Certification.
