Job Description:

• The role supports product innovation and operational activities across multiple product categories.
• The position involves evaluating product prototypes, assessing competitive products, preparing technical presentations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and managing product samples and project trackers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate product prototypes for performance, wear, texture, color payoff, and quality.
• Conduct competitive assessments and identify key product benefits.
• Prepare reports, presentations, technical decks, and dossiers using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with Métiers, Category Sourcing, and vendors on product reviews and feedback.
• Maintain project trackers and follow up on project status and next steps.
• Coordinate vendor sessions, samples, marketing materials, shipping, and disposal.
