- Formulation Wizard: Mixing sweeteners and hitting calorie counts is your thing. Bonus points if you know how to work with vitamins and minerals to create supercharged drink mixes.
- Shelf-Life Pro: Helping drinks last longer on the shelf—without sacrificing taste—is a critical part of your role.
- Tech Savvy: Microsoft Excel isn’t just a program to you—it’s an art form. You’ll use it for everything from formulas to data entry.
- Jack of All Lab Trades: From calibrating equipment to mixing ingredients and labeling samples, you’ll do it all.
- Compliance Master: You’ll help us follow all the important food safety protocols like HACCP, NSF, and more.
- Detective of Details: Can you spot the difference between two almost-identical drink batches? We need your eagle eyes to maintain top-notch quality control.
Qualifications: (What You Bring to the Table):
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in a lab setting (beverage experience gets you bonus points).
Skills:
- High level of expertise in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Be able to demonstrate personal initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Ability to work under limited supervision and handle multiple assignments with limited time constraints.
