Manage end-to-end service contract operations including billing, renewals, and customer communication. Ensure accurate invoicing, contract compliance, and support revenue growth through effective coordination with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process service contracts, invoices, and renewals in ERP/CRM systems
- Verify pricing, match purchase orders, and maintain documentation
- Support monthly billing to meet revenue targets
- Communicate with customers for contract updates and renewals
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance and resolve customer contract issues
