Job Description :
- Provide operational and project management support for global compliance objectives designed to mitigate company compliance risks.
- Collaborate with business teams and relevant cross functional stakeholders to undertake additional activities as needed to address compliance requirements globally.
- Lead the Ethics & Legal Compliance department’s merger and acquisitions integration team to ensure implementation of all compliance requirements at newly acquired legal entities.
- Support the design and development of new compliance initiatives to address evolving business and compliance requirements, including but not limited to designing and developing an annual Compliance Week highlighting compliance initiatives.
Salary : $47 - $53
