We deliver both Executive Search and Team Build / Staffing solutions across product development, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and software functions. Projectus works with companies from early-stage startups to global multinationals.
One of the sectors we cover is Radiology. We help hire specialists across imaging hardware, diagnostic platforms, AI / software in radiology, integration, regulatory & clinical affairs in radiology, etc.
Role Summary
As a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Radiology market, you will own and drive full-lifecycle recruitment for radiology-related roles: from junior through senior, technical through commercial.
You will build relationships with both clients (MedTech / HealthTech companies in radiology) and candidates (engineers, clinicians, radiologists, regulatory & clinical affairs, software/AI, etc.), sourcing, qualifying, and placing top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the radiology market: players, technologies (imaging hardware, diagnostic imaging, AI in radiology, software, etc.), clinical workflows, regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of candidates in radiology: engineers, imaging scientists, clinical roles, regulatory, software/algorithm people, etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: obtain briefs from clients, map the market, source, screen, interview, present shortlists, manage offers and closure.
- Grow relationships with radiology-focused clients; win new recruitment projects; understand their hiring challenges and hiring needs.
- Maintain high activity metrics: candidate outreach, client calls, pipeline management.
- Stay up-to-date with MedTech / HealthTech / radiology trends (e.g. AI in imaging, software/hardware integration, regulatory changes, reimbursement) to advise clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Demonstrable interest Technology
- Strong Business Development skills: proactive outreach, Cold calling and creative outreach.
- Excellent communication skills: able to speak with technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often complex market where product, regulation, and clinical considerations intersect.
- Driven, resilient, with strong attention to detail, good at managing multiple roles concurrently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn; curious about medical imaging, radiology technologies, clinical needs.
