Base Salary: $50,000- $52,000 Commission

My client is a specialist firm in IT infrastructure recruitment, trusted by their clients to build high-performing teams. Their expertise covers areas such as Network, Security, Server / Cloud / DevOps, IT Operations & Support, Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. They pride themselves on deep domain knowledge, a consultative approach, and long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

The Austin office, now 20 strong and looking to bring in at least 5 new consultants. They are keen to hire people who have tenacity, motivated, driven and a genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.

The Opportunity

You’ll start as a 180 Consultant, focusing on candidate engagement and market knowledge. Within 8–12 weeks, you’ll receive business development training and have the opportunity to step into a 360 role, managing both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage expectations internally and externally.
• High energy, proactive, able to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Resilience, integrity, and a genuine desire to create value for both clients and candidates.
• Either in Austin OR wanting to relocate to Austin
