Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time

Position Overview
Project ReDirect, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Adult Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). This role provides hands-on clinical care, ensures regulatory compliance, and plays a key role in training and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to maintain high-quality services.
Schedule
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
Compensation
- $24–$32 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care and respond to participant health needs
- Perform vital signs, FSBG testing, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with Nevada standards
- Ensure adherence to ADSD/DRC regulations and PRD policies
- Collaborate with DSPs, case managers, clinicians, and families
- Monitor participant health status and report changes as needed
- Train and support DSPs on health protocols, medication administration, and best practices
- Reinforce compliance with health, safety, and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nevada LPN license
- 1 year experience in adult acute care and/or behavioral health
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- CPI certification preferred
- Experience working with ID/DD populations preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EHR systems
