What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts & Estates Paralegal position at Project Recruit?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing title, survey, zoning, and diligence matters
- Preparing and reviewing transfer documents and other related closing documents
- Coordinating real estate closings
- Coordinating recordings and filings
- Preparing post-closing binders while working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred
- Three years of commercial real estate experience; some residential experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and related office software.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
