RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day-to-day case management, and client management.
- Appear before state and federal courts of New Jersey and arbitrations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent research skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Must be admitted to the bar in the state New Jersey
- Must have New Jersey State court experience
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
