Security Guard - FCM (Part-time weekends)

Job Summary
Join our dynamic security team as a part-time Security Guard focusing on weekend shifts! In this energetic role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and visitors. Your proactive presence will help maintain a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, quick response to incidents, and effective conflict management.

Position Classification

Non-Exempt / Hourly

Responsibilities

· Monitor facility access, visitors, and resident sign-in/sign-out procedures.

· Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.

· Maintain daily security and activity logs.

· Conduct safety patrols and monitor CCTV systems.

· Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents.

· Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas.

· Assist with snow removal and facility upkeep as needed.

· Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

· Related security, customer service, or residential facility experience preferred.

· Valid New York State Security Guard License required.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Basic Microsoft Word and computer skills required.

· First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
