Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for checkout, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately
• Upsell complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
• Perform stock replenishment duties, including stocking shelves and managing inventory levels
• Use effective phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations is essential
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
