Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Gastonia, NC. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, explain features and benefits, and provide top-tier customer service throughout the purchasing process. The role includes building relationships with potential and repeat customers, staying updated on product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and working towards team and individual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, such as effective communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to build relationships
- Sales-oriented abilities, including persuasion, negotiation, and achieving sales objectives
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and a willingness to learn and stay updated about inventory and features
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous sales or customer service experience, especially in retail or automotive industries, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is desirable
