What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Assistant position at Project Hospitality?
The Program Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Entry of all deliverables into the system as well as conducting quality assurance on client-level data elements.
- Entry of payments into HIMM and update assignments as advised by the Program Director.
- Assist the Program Director with the accuracy of Rent Worksheets and ensure that all encounters are captured in Ecompas or the agency's EHR.
- Assist the Program Director in completing monthly and quarterly data reports required by the funder.
- Full participation and completion of ongoing training.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Position requires a H.S. Diploma or equivalent and related clerical/secretarial experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel. Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues or regulations.
- Physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed.

Salary : $34,000 - $36,000
