We are seeking a results-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team supporting a company that provides medically tailored meals and groceries. This role focuses on driving enrollments and maximizing engagement through events, partner relationships, and direct community outreach.
The coordinator is responsible for meeting performance metrics tied to event participation, member enrollments, referrals, and partner engagement. They must be able to manage and track outreach activity using a CRM system, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and adapt to evolving outreach priorities and goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets set forth by management.
· Attend and actively participate in community events, pop-ups, and partner activations, ensuring measurable enrollment outcomes at each event.
· Lead local engagement efforts by identifying high-impact events, organizations, and outreach opportunities aligned with enrollment goals.
· Track all outreach activity, partner communications, and enrollment progress through the CRM system (HubSpot or equivalent).
· Convert event leads into successful referrals and enrolled participants through timely follow-up and relationship management.
· Maintain a consistent presence in the community by hosting, coordinating, or supporting events each week as directed by management.
· Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and other partners to generate referrals and expand program reach.
· Collaborate with Event Coordinators and the Marketing team to ensure events are properly branded, staffed, and executed to maximize enrollments.
· Monitor and report on KPI performance, including number of events attended, leads captured, enrollments completed, and engagement follow-ups.
· Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet shifting outreach needs and campaign priorities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in community outreach, enrollment, or health program engagement.
· Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
· Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for data tracking and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
