What You’ll Do
- Direct traffic safely through construction and maintenance zones
- Communicate clearly with team members and the public
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Set up and manage work zones using AWS signs and safety equipment
- Follow all state and company safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow with a professional team
