What You’ll Do

• Direct traffic safely through construction and maintenance zones
• Communicate clearly with team members and the public
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Set up and manage work zones using AWS signs and safety equipment
• Follow all state and company safety regulations

• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and grow with a professional team
