Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional full-time Addiction's Counselor to join our team in one of our male Level 3.5 locations!

Responsibilities Include
- Run OP / IOP substance use disorder groups.
- Complete substance use disorder assessments, treatment plans, group notes, & other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C.
- Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment.
- Attain occasional trainings & maintain licensure requirements.
- Active ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LMSW or LGPC license in the State of Maryland.
- At least 2 years' experience with a substance use disorder population.
- Computer literate & experience working in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
- Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client care.
- Excellent documentation & communication skills.
- Familiarity with DHMH / CARF requirements.
- Full Time
- Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm
