Pay: $20 - $21/hour Depending on Experience
ProHome is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and subcontractors throughout the warranty process. This is a customer-focused, detail-driven role with clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for assigned homeowners, builders, and subcontractors
- Manage warranty claims from intake through resolution
- Respond to inquiries within established timelines
- Schedule approved claims and coordinate subcontractors
- Document and track all activity accurately in company systems
- Maintain performance metrics related to response time, follow-up, and quality
- Communicate professionally, confidently, and empathetically
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Residential warranty experience ( warranty representative/coordinator, construction customer service rep
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office tools
- Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and accountability
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
