Duties
- Carefully trim, manicure, and shape cannabis buds to enhance quality and appearance
- Remove excess leaves, stems, and debris using hand tools such as scissors, trimmers, and pruning shears
- Inspect plants regularly for pests, diseases, or deficiencies and report issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools are sanitized after each use
- Support the harvesting process by hanging or packaging trimmed buds for drying or distribution
- Follow all safety protocols related to handling plant materials and operating hand tools
Experience
- Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming environments preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation practices is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools efficiently are advantageous
- Strong plant identification skills and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
