Responsibilities
*Project Scoping:
o Collaborate with operations team to define scopes of work
o Address common issues proactively
o Partner with architecture and engineering firms
*Standards compliance: ensure all work adheres to client's HVAC standards
*Performance evaluation: assess what systems and solutions work well versus those that don't for future reference
Requirements
*Commercial or light industrial project experience specializing in
o HVAC systems
o Chillers and boilers
o Controls, automation, and troubleshooting (Niagara Tridium preferred)
*Problem solving: ability to diagnose and repair issues to avoid full equipment replacements if possible, and reduce costs
