Accounting Rotational Program
As an accountant in our two-year rotation program, you’ll be part of a team that manages the health of our company's finances. Through four rotations, you'll gain experience in four of the following departments:
Accounting: GAAP, Statutory, Tax, Treasury, Investments, Control and Analysis, Management Reporting
Business Unit: IT, Commercial Lines, Claims, HR, Real Estate
Analysis: Pricing, Risk Management, Treasury Control and Analysis
In this role, you'll enhance your analytical and accounting skills through tasks such as financial reporting and analysis, accounting, internal controls, budgeting, and various project work. Upon completing the rotational program, you'll be placed in a department that aligns with both the business needs and your skills and interests.
If you are local to our headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH, some rotations may be offered in a hybrid format. Upon completion of the two-year rotation program, participants who are not local may be required to relocate to Mayfield Village, OH, depending on final placement.

Must-have qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or higher
Preferred skills
Prior internship and demonstrated leadership abilities
Interest and aptitude toward learning query languages (e.g., SAS and Tableau) and working with systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational, written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Bachelor's: $61,000/year with $5,000 signing bonus
Master's: $68,000/year with $7,000 signing bonus
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
