SERVER | FRERET STREET, NEW ORLEANS
|
Help create the kind of evening guests remember and want to share. |
The opportunity
Cure is seeking a polished, curious, and hospitality-driven Server to join its Freret Street team. This role is for someone who enjoys guiding guests through a thoughtful cocktail and food experience, takes pride in precise execution, and contributes to a respectful, professional team. You do not need to know every classic cocktail on day one. You do need the discipline to learn, communicate clearly, and notice the details that shape the room.

What you will do · Welcome each guest with sincerity and confidence. · Explain menu selections and make informed recommendations. · Use accurate seat numbers, pacing, and order entry. · Coordinate closely with bartenders, hosts, culinary and support teams. · Maintain tables, service stations, and the overall feel of the room. · Handle payment and closing responsibilities accurately. |
What you bring · At least 1 year of restaurant or bar experience. · Availability for nights, weekends and long shifts. · Warm, concise communication and a team-first approach. · Composure, urgency, and attention to detail in a high-standard setting. · Interest in modern craft cocktails and continued learning. · Ability to meet the role's service and physical requirements, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. |
Why Cure
Join a nationally recognized cocktail program with a deep New Orleans identity. Cure opened on Freret Street in 2009 and received the 2018 James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program. Team members receive employee discounts across CureCo establishments and the opportunity to build knowledge within a craft-forward hospitality environment.
