We are hiring dependable, caring and compassionate employees for positions in our community-based group homes for people with intellectual disabilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting individual and group recreational activities as well as assisting and training individuals in performing daily living functions. NO PRIOR TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! The primary qualification for this job is that you be a responsible, caring, safety-conscious person willing to learn on the job.
This position is part time only. You will be required to attend orientation every day for a week. It will be Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Direct Support Professional Required Qualifications And Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to undergo a background and drug screening
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Must be able to maintain the ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, walk or stand up to eight hours and able to perform the requirements of Physical Management.
- Must able to attend orientation
