Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Employment & ECF Department. This role keeps our programs moving, our documentation tight, and our teams supported. If you’re organized, steady under pressure, and naturally helpful, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide essential administrative support to keep our Employment/ECF programs running smoothly, including:
- Collect daily notes from DSPs and ensure documents are complete and accurate
- Assist with compiling billing information for ECF CHOICES & DIDD Waiver services
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly agency reports
- Maintain ISP files and cost plan documentation
- Track, order, and organize office and cleaning supplies
- File and maintain agency records (electronic and paper)
- Support the weekly schedule for the Supported Employment Department
- Complete typing assignments, copying, and internal document distribution
- Compile department data as needed
- Support other agency areas as assigned by the Community Resource Coordinator

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative or clerical experience (required)
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office required)
- Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Must pass all required background checks, drug test and compliance screenings
