Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including construction machinery, agricultural vehicles, trucks, and industrial equipment. Duties

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on various makes/models of diesel engines
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hand tools.
• Fabricate parts or modify existing components to meet specific operational requirements using welding and fabrication techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment including construction machinery maintenance and automotive diagnostics.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, schematics reading, hydraulic systems troubleshooting, and HVAC systems for vehicles and equipment.
• Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment troubleshooting and repair accuracy.
• Valid certifications related to diesel engine repair, air brake systems, electrical systems, or heavy equipment operation are highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
