Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
The successful candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Help Desk Tier II and be able to install, maintain, repair desktop operating systems, and troubleshoot business applications and computer hardware.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50lbs, and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Install desktops, portable computers, peripherals, and software products
- Detect, diagnose, research solutions, and resolve desktop and portable computer software and hardware failures
- Provide users with information, guidance, and instruction on use of desktop and portable computer hardware and software
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
