- Support patent filing, documentation, and renewal processes.
- Monitor patent readiness levels and categorize by application area.
- Develop networks and partnerships with local and international OTCs.
- Share best practices in technology transfer, marketing strategies, and IP management.
- Facilitate collaborative research-to-market pipelines across universities.
- Maintain digital repositories of patents and research results.
- Track utilization and commercialization status of patents.
