Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for clients while keeping daily operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain organized physical and digital files
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, document preparation, scanning, copying)
- Process payments and provide receipts when needed
- Keep reception area clean and professional
Qualifications:
- Prior office or receptionist experience preferred (legal experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Work Environment:

Compensation & Benefits:
