The IT Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organization’s cybersecurity and identity governance programs by ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. This role focuses on audit readiness, evidence management, and continuous improvement of compliance processes across the enterprise as well as developing, implementing, and maintaining an identity and access management strategy for the organization.

Key Job Elements
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for compliance and IAM governance.
- Own and drive compliance and IAM governance initiatives across the enterprise.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, auditors, and business leadership.
- Support audit engagements and manage evidence collection for internal and external audits and other regulatory frameworks.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard governance processes for account lifecycle, access reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the development and execution of IAM governance, compliance, and audit programs.
- Evaluate and recommend IAM vendors and technologies to support a forward-looking security roadmap.
- Align IAM and security services with enterprise goals and industry best practices.
- Advise application and business teams on IT access controls and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to achieve and maintain certifications (e.g., ISO27001 & SOC2).
- Monitor and report on compliance status, risks, and remediation activities.
- Assist in internal policy reviews, vulnerability management, and operational governance.
- Promote compliance awareness and security best practices across the organization.
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, business, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GRCP, CISA, or similar, preferred
- Experience with IAM governance, evidence management, and audit closure, preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise identity management tools and processes, preferred
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in compliance, audit, or governance within a cybersecurity or IT environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO27001, CMMC, GDPR.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate compliance requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting audit processes and working with cross-functional teams.
