Junior Foreman / Laborer – Landscape / Hardscape / Pools
Responsibilities
- Assist the Crew Leader with daily landscape, hardscape, and pool installation projects.
- Help lead and support crew members while setting a positive example through teamwork and work ethic.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, grading, lifting, loading, and operating hand and power tools.
- Follow project plans and company quality standards.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and caring for equipment and materials.
- Communicate with the Crew Leader about job progress, material needs, and any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, pool construction, or a related field preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
Job duties may vary based on project needs and company priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
