- $105/day per diem for employees living 70 miles from the project (hotel or campground receipt required)

- Coordinate daily construction activities to meet production, quality, and scheduling goals.
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project layouts.
- Set up and utilize GPS equipment for field operations.
- Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), toolbox talks, and daily safety meetings.
- Operate heavy equipment when needed while following OSHA and MSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to execute project plans.
- Monitor jobsite conditions, identify production challenges, and implement solutions.
- Maintain erosion control measures and ensure site compliance.
- Complete daily reports, fuel logs, equipment inspections, and production documentation.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
- Keep jobsites organized, clean, and prepared for changing weather conditions.
- Experience as a Foreman in heavy civil, grading, earthwork, or site development.
- Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experience operating heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and compactors.
- Ability to read construction plans and perform field layout.
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
