What are the responsibilities and job description for the Failure Analysis (FA) Support position at Programming.com?
Responsibilities:
- Work with and support development teams focused on hardware (HW) development and customer issues.
- Responsible for tracking FA hardware from the point of receipt into the lab through to return to our repair vendor or Damaged Goods Inventory.
- Oversee receiving, shipping, and tracking of hardware, including:
- Unboxing and boxing in correct packaging
- Tracking Product IDs (PID) and Serial Numbers (SN) while in Cisco Labs
- Ensure robust tracking and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
- Handle shipping logistics with FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
- Provide clear and timely status updates.
- Proficient in using PC and/or Mac platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with shipping processes (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with PC and Mac platforms
