Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead our team and serve as the hands-on Oracle Fusion PLM SME. This role focuses on managing and developing the team, overseeing the engineering applications portfolio (Oracle Fusion PLM, GitLab, JIRA, SolidWorks, CAD/PDM), and driving continuous improvement, system compliance, and cross-functional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Enterprise Applications Analyst team
- Serve as the Oracle Fusion PLM SME, guiding configuration, administration, integration, and compliance
- Oversee engineering applications management and ensure license compliance
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and business units on enterprise solutions
- Design and implement automation, process improvements, and skill development plans
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12 years in enterprise applications administration, including Oracle Fusion PLM
- 5 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, JIRA, SolidWorks, CAD/PDM, and related licensing
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor teams, manage complex projects, and deliver scalable solutions
Nice to Have:
- PMP, CAPM, or relevant project management certification
- Oracle Fusion PLM or Data Management certifications
