The Asana Admin / Configuration Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Asana to support efficient workflows, reporting, and governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable workflows aligned with business processes
- Manage user access, permissions, and governance standards
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for operational visibility
- Support integrations and automations within Asana
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
- Document configurations, standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring Asana
- Strong understanding of workflow design and project management concepts
- Experience with Asana rules, custom fields, portfolios, and reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into Asana configurations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
