Title: SailPoint Support
Location: Southlake TX / Austin TX
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage L3 incidents, problem tickets, and escalations end-to-end
Act as the onsite technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IAM and SSO
Perform deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes
Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, and approval workflows
Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, rules, and workflows
Execute aggregation, identity refresh, and reconciliation activities
Manage access certifications, remediation cycles, and audit support
Administer and support PingFederate SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) support and operations
Strong hands-on expertise in IIQ rules, workflows, certifications, and debugging
Experience in PingFederate administration and SSO troubleshooting
Solid understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Proficiency in Java/BeanShell scripting and SQL
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
