Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and Selenium-based automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, automation frameworks, and QA best practices to ensure high-quality releases and continuous delivery of Salesforce enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools.
- Test Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Objects, Workflows, etc.) for functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Use TestNG / JUnit frameworks for test execution and reporting.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in QA automation, including Selenium-based frameworks.
- Proven experience testing Salesforce applications.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic UI testing.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins
