Roles and Responsibilit

Serve as the technical owner of the Appian platform - including environment strategy, configuration, performance, and stabi - lity.Plan and execute Appian upgrades, patches, capacity scaling, and environment refre
- shes.Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, design patterns, and governance for Appian implementat
- ions.Collaborate with business, delivery teams, infrastructure, information security, and external vendors to ensure reliable and compliant platform operat
- ions.Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance requirem
- ents.Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high priority incid
- ents.Support DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for Appian deployments and promote modern automation pract
- ices.Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and operational proced

res. Required Qualificat
- ions:
8 years of hands-on Appian experience, including architecture and environment manag - ement.Strong understanding of Appian components: Records, Data Fabric/CDTs, SAIL, process models, integrations, plug-ins
- , RPA.Proven experience with upgrades, performance tuning, and environment configuration (Appian Cloud and self man
- aged).Solid knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, queues,
- JDBC).Experience working with security teams on SSO, SAML/OIDC, RBAC, and platform hard
- ening.Experience with identity and access management and platform sec
- urity.Excellent communication and stakeholder management s
