Position Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Henderson NV < In office> NO REMOTE WORK

Years of Experience required: 1- 3 years Customer Service Experience

Pay Band: $15.85 - $17.00 per hour < depending on experience AND does NOT mean the max pay is offered>

Type: Full Time

Classified: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Start Time Varies

Shift: Monday- Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday

Key Job Functions

• Receive inbound calls primarily AND place outbound calls to /from customers to coordinate/ schedule deliveries.
• Introduce yourself and the purpose of the call professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a friendly and engaging tone throughout the conversation.
• Address customer questions, objections, and concerns
• Collect and record accurate information from customers, including contact details,
• Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of each customer interaction, including outcomes and next steps.
• Efficiently manage call handling time to maximize productivity and meet performance targets.
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education may be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adding a personal touch to conversations.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating call center software.
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Adaptability to different campaigns and products/services.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
