Logistics Return Coordinator

Key Job Functions

• Coordinate Returns with FragilePak Customers for direct pickup from partner docks

• Make outgoing calls to FragilePak Partners when needed

• Review Reports daily and communicate with Partners to ensure returns are processed timely

• Track and report Return weekly to our customers

• Respond to our Customer requests timely

• Problem solves day-to-day operations.

• Support, assist, and collaborate with other team members of the FragilePak team.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Excel in, and enjoy, building relationships with our Customers and Partners over the phone.

• Ability to work closely with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and geographies.

• Data analytic skills.

• Ability to perform day-to-day planning and prioritization of shipments in collaboration with Customers and Partners

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn and adapt to a changing team-based work environment.

• Very high comfort level with phones Excel, and learning job-related software.

• Organizational skills, which include management of multiple priorities, working well under pressure, learning in a changing environment, and attention to detail.

• Ability to shift priorities and manage time effectively, completing a variety of work by changing deadlines accurately and on time.

• Transportation Management skills a plus

Required

• High School Diploma required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation.

• Basic Excel skills.

• Must be personable over the phone (minimal e-mail correspondence)

• Minimum 1 years’ experience with telephone calls.

• Truck brokerage experience a plus

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver with an ability to multitask and work in a metric driven environment

Reporting Structure and Location:

• Full-time position based in Henderson, NV. (Onsite Position)

• Reports to Operations Director of Network Quality
