Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Corporate Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology hiring and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Tech, Engineering, and AI-related roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience in IT, Technology, Engineering, AI, or similar domains
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
• Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
