In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care. JOB QUALIFICATIONS-Registered Nurse Manager - Mother & BabyRN MGR- MOM & BABYFull-TimeRegistered Nurse Manager candidates for the Mother and Baby Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License requiredBachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferredA current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if hire if do not currently have it3 years of recent RN experience in women's services in an acute care setting required; 1 years of supervisory/leadership experience required
